Rev. Walter Eric Gschwandtner
Walter is head of SIM Life Challenge Africa. Walter is an authority on Islam. He dedicates his time to Muslim evangelism, training Christians in reaching their Muslim neighbours, writing informative books and Gospel tracts. He has been based in Africa since 1981 and in Nairobi since 1991, working to reach Muslims for Christ. Walter has ministered throughout Africa, Europe and Asia.
Walter and his wife, Christel, have helped to build "Life Challenge" in the southwest and east of the continent, an initiative that has been training thousands of African Christians for mission among Muslims since 1976.
